Product Description
AGAVURE AG20 high glossy waterborne varnish, AGAVURE AS30 semi-glossy waterborne varnish, AGAURE AM60 matte waterborne varnish, which prepared with high temperature tolerant resins, special additives, are not only of good printability and suitable for high speed printing, but also of capability to tolerate 200 to 250OC high temperature and antifreeze to -10OC. The film is scratch resistant, alcohol resistant, and prevent from peeling off to maintain the print colorful. The products meet national and EU environmental standards, in line with international environmental requirements.
Recommended Application
Recommended substrate: White paper, cardboard, cardboard, paper pearl, synthetic paper, cellophane, copperplate paper, etc.
Recommended for: The printing on food packaging, pharmaceutical packaging, alcoholic drinks and tobacco packaging, refrigeration packaging, and son on.
Proposed Operation
Prepare for the dilution
Dry retarder: Alcohol or isopropanol: Distilled water = 1: 18
Thinner: Alcohol or isopropanol: Distilled water = 1: 1
Dry accelerant: Alcohol or isopropanol: Distilled water = 3: 1
According to the requirements, dilute the product with the corresponding dilution, and then is ready for use.
